The Energy System program finances improvements for our electric and gas utilities, and our Consolidated Utility Systems program provides financing for the City’s water, sewer and stormwater utilities.  The City’s Capital Bonds program provides financing for general governmental projects that enhance economic development and the quality of life in Tallahassee.
